Above is short film for the Guardian directed by Irene Baqué and filmed by Jordi Ruiz Cirera in Mexico in 2016, as a sample of previous professional collaborations between the project leaders.  For the proposed project we would like to highlight two recent works that would give a good idea of the visual and narrative approach for the Sindicat project: La Espera, a previous documentary work by Jordi Ruiz Cirera, as a reference for the portraits and photographic part; and a private link to the teaser of “Carmen” by Irene Baqué that serves as a visual and narrative reference for the film.
